ServiceNow launched a new brand and I was brought in to lead the redesign of servicenow.com. The goal was to align with the new company values of empathic, optimistic, and bold. We told the platform, product, and solution stories through the lens of a consumer, making it simple, engaging, and digestible. The redesigned site contributed to $150M in pipeline and increased click through rates by 120%.
